WHAT IS IT?


The Endurance Awakened VIP is a 1:1 personal training 12-month program tailored specifically to you.  Work with your coach to get your fitness, endurance, exercise, training plans, etc., and reach your desired fitness goals.

WHO IS IT FOR?


The Endurance Awakened VIP is for anyine who wants to take back control of their fitness and endurance for rest of their life. It works for anybody, regardless of previous experience.

WHERE DOES IT HAPPEN?


The Endurance Awakened VIP is hosted online and consists of check-ins, live Q&A calls, and an online community. You work with your coach online and on your own time. 

HOW DOES IT WORK?


You work with your coach to determine your fitness and endurance goals and establish a plan to achieve them. Your dedicated coach will provide you with customized workout plans, nutrition, recovery, and work with you as your body and mind begin to evolve. 

WHEN DOES IT START?


The Endurance Awakened VIP is online and starts the moment you enroll. Your coach will onboard you and get you started ASAP. Our VIP agreements are 12-month plans to guarantee you achieve the fitness and endurance that you dream about.

I created the Endurance Awakened VIP because guys are always asking me for a dedicated personal training program from someone who has actually done it.

As the founder of Endurance Awakened, I bring over two decades of experience in fitness, endurance sports and coaching, with a deep commitment to helping people, especially men over 40 years old, rediscover their strength, vitality, and purpose. 

My athletic journey journey began as young kid playing and loving just about every sport imaginable, especially tackle football which started for me in 4th grade and eventually lead to an athletic scholarship to play football at Boston University. After transitioning from the football field and college into business and eventually endurance sports, I've completed 5ks, 10ks, half-marathons, marathons, and ultramarathins as well as 37 Spartan races (and counting), earning 7 podium finishes and qualification for the U.S. Men's National Team (Team USA) to compete at the World Championships in Greece.
At Endurance Awakened, we specialize in crafting personalized training programs that integrate cardiovascular training and resistance training. We're going to be in the gym and out on the trails to ensure a balanced approach to fitness that optimizes stamina, strength and overall endurance. But my focus goes beyond just physical training. I also emphasize mental endurance and the critical roles of nutrition, sleep, and recovery in achieving peak performance in both body and mind. 

This holistic approach to endurance is designed to develop the physical and mental toughness needed to overcome life’s challenges, especially as we age. My goal is to guide you and hold you accountable to reclaiming your physical and mental resilience, helping you to not only meet but exceed your fitness goals.
